Refund Policy

1. If no work has yet commenced, an admin fee of R100 will apply.
2. No refunds will be due without proof of payment and the invoice.
3. After 90 days from invoice, no refunds will be due
4. For any cancellations after the name application is submitted or if the names are rejected, we will deduct the cost of the name application.
5. For COID, VAT and Tax Clearance Certificates - if the registration is in process and the client intervenes no refund is due.
6. If the registration is delayed owing to circumstances beyond our control; such as a client being non-compliant for tax, no refund is due.
